Michael Flood

Michael Flood has worked at two different companies in their career. From 1999 to 2000, they worked at L L Sams, Inc as a Production Manager. Michael'sresponsibilities included overseeing the production of church and library furniture, managing a team of 50+ employees, and handling daily production, problem-solving, hiring and headcount reduction, performance reviews, employee conflict resolution, safety compliance, and inventory transactions.

Since 2000, Michael has been working at Ultra Clean Technology as the Director of Design Engineering. Michael leads a team of design engineers who develop mechanical and electrical design solutions for various industries. Ultra Clean Technology is a vertically integrated outsource manufacturing provider, allowing Michael's team to work on projects from the statement of work to shipping.

Michael Flood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
