Michael Mankoski has a diverse background in engineering and management roles. Michael started their career as a Manufacturing Supervisor for Copperweld - Miami Tube Division, where they managed a high volume machine shop. Michael then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Delphi Automotive Systems, where they managed production and support personnel. Michael later became a Plant Manager at Norcold Inc., overseeing multiple departments and personnel.

Mankoski then transitioned to Safeway - Phoenix Ice Cream, where they served as a Plant Start-up Project Supervisor, launching a pasteurizing process and training operators. Michael then joined Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Supervisor, leading a team in infant formula filling and packaging.

In 2006, Mankoski became an Industrial Engineer at Philosophy - Biotech Labs Inc., where they implemented cost-saving measures and engineering services. Michael later joined Cornell Ironworks - The Cookson Company, Inc. as an Industrial Engineer and then as an Engineering Program Manager. Michael provided leadership to engineering teams and contributed to product development and process improvement.

From 2014 to 2016, Mankoski worked as an Engineering Program Manager - Process Engineering at The Zippertubing Company, responsible for technical aspects and continuous improvement programs.

Michael Mankoski pursued their education in a sequential manner. Michael began by attending Iroquois High School from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained their diploma in Industrial Arts. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, they enrolled at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied Industrial Engineering, ultimately earning a degree in Industrial Technology & Manufacturing. Their educational journey continued at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1991 to 1993, where they focused on Business/Managerial Economics and successfully completed their Master of Aeronautical Science degree.
