Paul Cho

Paul Cho has had extensive work experience in the legal field, holding various roles at different companies. Paul is currently working at Ultra Clean Technology as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at SK hynix in different capacities, including as the General Counsel at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. from January 2018 to October 2019 and as the General Counsel at SK hynix America Inc. from April 2016 to October 2019. Paul also served as a Senior Legal Counsel at SK hynix from September 2014 to April 2016. Before joining SK hynix, Paul worked at Samsung SDI as a Senior Legal Counsel from June 2013 to September 2014, and at LG Electronics as a Legal Counsel from April 2012 to May 2013. Paul began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Quantum Legal LLC from December 2009 to March 2012, and subsequently worked as an Associate Attorney at Cantwell & Cantwell from November 2008 to December 2009. Paul's earliest professional experience was as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Carey S. Rosemarin, P.C. from March 2008 to October 2008.

Paul Cho attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Paul then went on to study at the University of Minnesota Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor degree, although the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, Paul pursued a Master of Arts degree in Religion at the Westminster Theological Seminary. Prior to their higher education, they attended North Allegheny High School.
