Ron D'Ercole

Ron D'Ercole has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ron started their career in 1984 as an Operations Manager at Acteron Corporation and worked there until 1992. Ron then co-founded LSA Anodic Technologies in 1992 and served as the COO until 1997. During this time, they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including production, quality control, supply chain, inventory, and customer relations.

In 1997, Ron joined Novellus Systems as a Senior Director of Spares & Distribution. Ron'sresponsibilities involved driving ISO 9001 implementation and improving operational efficiency across different functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, and order administration. Ron remained with Novellus Systems until 2002.

From 2002 to 2014, Ron worked at Lam Research, where they held various positions and assumed increasing responsibilities. Ron initially joined as the Sr. Director of Corporate Quality and was also responsible for the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety function. Ron's role expanded over the years, and they became involved in managing Spare Parts Quality. Ron played a significant role in enhancing the company's quality standards and operational processes.

Since 2014, Ron has been associated with Ultra Clean Technology. Ron started as the Senior Vice President of Global Quality and served in that role until July 2020. Subsequently, they took on the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Ron's expertise and leadership have contributed to the company's success in maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing operations.

Ron D'Ercole received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, attending from 1985 to 1988.
