Alfred Regis

Alfred Regis is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ultra Clean Technology since May 2021, Alfred has previously held significant roles including Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this, Alfred was the Factory Manager at Kemikon, overseeing a diverse Operations team that focused on contract manufacturing, particularly in sheet metal fabrication and assembly for semiconductor equipment. Alfred's career also includes leadership positions at Stoppani Asia Sdn. Bhd. as Head of the Engineering Department, and a 22-year tenure at Intel Corporation with roles ranging from HPM Program Manager to Equipment Engineer. Alfred holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of South Australia, completed between 2008 and 2010.
