Nicole Harper

Nicole Harper is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource information systems (HRIS) and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Global HRIS & HR Solutions Center at Ultra Clean Technology since October 2022, Nicole has previously held key positions at Cision and Vi, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with HR business leaders and overseeing complex HR systems implementations. Nicole has demonstrated expertise in system configuration, data integrity, and payroll processes across various organizations, including notable roles at Tenneco and Pactiv. Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Columbia College.
