Paul Cho

Paul Cho has a strong background in the legal field, with experience spanning various companies. Paul most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary at Ultra Clean Technology from October 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at SK hynix in different roles, including General Counsel at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. from January 2018 to October 2019, General Counsel at SK hynix America Inc. from April 2016 to October 2019, and Senior Legal Counsel from September 2014 to April 2016. Before joining SK hynix, Paul was Senior Legal Counsel at Samsung SDI from June 2013 to September 2014, and Legal Counsel at LG Electronics from April 2012 to May 2013. Paul began their career as an Associate Attorney, working at Quantum Legal LLC from December 2009 to March 2012, Cantwell & Cantwell from November 2008 to December 2009, and the Law Offices of Carey S. Rosemarin, P.C. from March 2008 to October 2008.

Paul Cho has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan. Paul also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary. Prior to their higher education, Paul attended North Allegheny High School.
