Ron D'Ercole

Ron D'Ercole has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ron started their career as an Operations Manager at Acteron Corporation in 1984 and worked there until 1992. Ron then co-founded LSA Anodic Technologies in 1992, where they served as the COO and managed various aspects of the business, including production, quality control, and supply chain. In 1997, Ron joined Novellus Systems as the Senior Director of Spares & Distribution, where they played a crucial role in implementing ISO 9001 and improving operational efficiencies. In 2002, they joined Lam Research as the Senior Director of Corporate Quality, gradually taking on more responsibilities and eventually becoming the Sr. Director of Corporate Quality, overseeing the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety function. Since 2014, Ron has been working at Ultra Clean Technology, first as the Senior Vice President of Global Quality and then as the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Ron D'Ercole obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in the years 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco from 1985 to 1988.
