Saqib Moghul

Saqib Moghul has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Saqib is currently working as the VP - Service Delivery at Ultra Commerce since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Operations Director (Global) at Ultra Commerce from October 2021 to January 2023. From July 2019 to October 2021, they held the position of Head Of Operations - Europe at Ultra Commerce, where they focused on driving a consistent and high-quality service experience for clients.

Before joining Ultra Commerce, Saqib worked at Cippenham School as a Parent Councillor from January 2022. Saqib also worked at Logicalis UK as the Head of Incident & Problem Management from March 2018 to July 2019, where they were responsible for incident governance, service improvement, and managing a globally spread team. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Major Incident Manager at Logicalis UK from January 2017 to March 2018.

Saqib has further experience in the field of service operations and management. Saqib worked at Cisco as a Service Operations Manager from August 2014 to January 2017, where they handled operational and incident management for global financial services accounts and led technical bridges for high-priority issues. Saqib also served as the EMEA Network & Voice Services Manager at Afton Chemical from August 2013 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Saqib held positions at Gamma as a Service Desk Manager from January 2013 to August 2013, at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as an Incident Manager from July 2011 to January 2013, at Siemens as a Lead Network Operations Engineer from April 2010 to July 2011, and as a Network Operations Engineer from October 2007 to April 2010. Saqib also worked at Telindus as a Network Field Engineer from August 2006 to October 2007 and as a Network Operations Engineer from December 2005 to August 2006. Saqib'searliest role was as a Network Support Technician at Phase Forward - Europe from July 2005 to December 2005.

Saqib Moghul completed their education history as follows:

- From 2001 to 2005, they attended the University of Westminster and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Commuter Communications and Digital Networking.
