Jenny Mijares

Jenny Mijares is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ultra Energy since March 2022, Jenny is integral to the UK's management team, focusing on the safety and lifetime value of critical systems. Prior to Ultra Energy, Jenny was a Non-Executive Company Director at Clayton Engineering Limited, offering HR expertise and support to the board while mentoring employees. From August 2010 to March 2022, Jenny held multiple positions at RNLI, including HR Business Partner, where key responsibilities involved developing relationships with leadership and managing change within the department. Jenny began the HR career as an HR Advisor for the Borough of Poole from July 2005 to August 2010. Academically, Jenny holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Lincoln.
