Bryan Harwell

Bryan Harwell, PMP, has extensive experience in product delivery, assurance, and program management. Bryan served as the Vice President of Product Delivery & Assurance at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where they developed a long-term strategy to drive excellence in product quality and implemented industry best practices. Prior to that, they worked at Ultra Electronics, Advanced Tactical Systems as the Director of Product Assurance, where they developed and organized the product assurance program and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to determine the future direction of products. Bryan also served as the Director of Navy Programs, where they were responsible for meeting contractual commitments and evaluating program risk and opportunity. Bryan Harwell has a strong track record in process improvement, aligning with business objectives, and effectively managing projects from conception to completion.
