Jill Daiber

Jill Daiber has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jill currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer, C3I at Ultra Intelligence & Communications since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Command Control Intelligence Business Unit at Ultra Electronics from August 2020 to August 2023. In this role, they also served as the Legal President of Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc., Prologic, Inc., and 3eti, Inc.

Before joining Ultra Electronics, Jill Daiber was the Senior Vice President of Programs at Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems from July 2014 to August 2020. During their tenure, they led the development, implementation, and administration of the organization. Jill also served as the Vice President of the Land Enterprise Business Unit at the same company from July 2010 to July 2014.

Jill Daiber also co-owned Moonbow Designs, LLC from July 2016 to July 2018, where they and their daughter developed an Apple app and appeared on the show "Planet of the Apps" on Apple TV. Their app was recognized as one of the top 10 for Harvard Innovation.

Earlier in their career, Jill Daiber worked as the Director of Engineering at Advanced Programming Concepts from July 2007 to July 2010. Jill was responsible for spearheading the engineering strategy and overseeing technical functions.

Prior to this, they worked at Lockheed Martin from January 1995 to July 2001, where they started as a software engineer and worked on radar simulation software. Jill also contributed to the development of software for medical simulators in the research department.

Jill Daiber began their career as a software engineer at ExxonMobil from January 1994 to January 1995.

Jill Daiber holds a Master's degree in Program Management from Columbia Southern University. Jill also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
