Jonathan Behar Mba

Jonathan Behar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at PPG Industries in 1995. Jonathan then moved on to Nortel Networks, where they held various roles including New Product Introduction Engineer, Team Leader, Product Line Management for Optoelectronics Components, Purchasing Manager for Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers, and Supplier Manager for Cost Reduction Initiatives.

In 2006, Behar joined Mitec Telecom as the Director of Operations. Jonathan later joined CommScope as the Director of CAP Operations in 2008, where they led and managed the operations team in Montreal. Jonathan worked closely with the Senior Vice-President of Global Operations to establish an efficient supply chain strategy.

Behar's most recent role was at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where they held two positions. Jonathan first served as Director of Programs & Operations, responsible for program management, proposal management, and supply chain management. Later, they became the Director of Business Improvement Programs, overseeing the delivery of EW systems to global customers and managing internal schedules, budgets, and resources.

Throughout their career, Behar has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic operations plans. Jonathan holds an MBA and a B.Eng degree, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Jonathan Behar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from McGill University, which they completed between 1996 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University from 1990 to 1995. Jonathan also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Nortel Networks. Additionally, Jonathan Behar has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2015.
