Andrew Hoey

Andrew Hoey is a Senior ILS Engineer at Ultra Maritime, previously serving as a Production/Training/ILS Lead Engineer at GDMS and as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the US Navy. With over 35 years of experience in Surface Electronic Warfare, Andrew has expertise in system installation, training, and field support for various programs. Andrew also managed courses and was in charge of Electronic Warfare functions on different naval vessels. Andrew holds a BS in Liberal Studies and an AA in U.S. History from Excelsior University and U. of Maryland, respectively.
