Carlo Zaffanella

Carlo Zaffanella is an experienced leader in the maritime and defense sectors, currently serving as President and CEO of Ultra Maritime since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carlo held multiple executive positions at General Dynamics Mission Systems from May 2014 to September 2022, including Vice President and General Manager of Maritime & Strategic Systems, as well as Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance. Carlo also served as Vice President of Open Combat Solutions at General Dynamics from June 2009 to June 2014. Carlo Zaffanella holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
