Katherine Ducharme

Katherine Ducharme currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Ultra Maritime since January 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine held multiple positions at General Dynamics Mission Systems, including Business Segment Director and Director of Supply Chain Management, from November 2016 to December 2022. Katherine's experience also includes significant tenure at Raytheon, where roles included Senior Manager and Strategic Material Program Manager, as well as Supply Chain Lead for the Air and Missile Defense Radar Program. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked as a Project Manager for the US Department of Defense and served as a Program Manager at REMEC. Katherine began the professional journey as a Captain in the US Army. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
