Sonja Power

Sonja Power is a Senior System Engineer at Ultra Maritime, a position held since July 2023, following a tenure at Lockheed Martin from June 2018 to August 2023. At Lockheed Martin, Sonja led multi-disciplinary teams in the system design for naval combat and information systems. Prior roles include Systems Engineer and Teaching Assistant at the University of New Brunswick, as well as a Software Engineer internship at Lockheed Martin, where Sonja contributed to the RAMSES project and developed an automated test framework. Additional experience includes research positions at MAHLE and Lockheed Martin focusing on corrosion research and test infrastructure automation. Sonja Power holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, obtained between 2014 and 2019.
