Ceres Fagan is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Loss Prevention & Subpoena Compliance at Ultra Mobile since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ceres held the position of Finance Program Manager and spent over two decades at TPx Communications, where Ceres was the Director of Fraud/Loss Prevention for Voice Network Security until August 2020. Ceres holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University (1987-1991) and a Board Certified Certificate in Basic Floral Design from Las Vegas Floral Design (2020).
