Ekaterina Kiseleva has extensive work experience, starting in 2003 with Pharmacy Chain 36.6. Ekaterina held the positions of Business Redesign Project Manager and Category Manager during their time there. In 2006, they joined L'Oréal as the Head of Category Management. After that, they worked at Amway from 2009 to 2015, initially as a Trade Marketing and Promotions Manager, and later as a Regional Marketing Manager. At Amway, they developed and implemented a successful Go To Market strategy, defined key influencing factors of regional market growth, and designed the Regional Marketing structure. In 2016, they joined Coloplast as the Head of Marketing and Consumer Care. Currently, they are employed at Ultra Motors as the Chief Marketing Officer France.

Ekaterina Kiseleva has a diverse education history. Ekaterina began their academic journey at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Applied Mathematics. Ekaterina further pursued their educational aspirations at the State University — Higher School of Economics between 1999 and 2001. Here, they obtained a Master of Economics degree with a focus on Finance. Recently, in 2014 and 2015, Ekaterina attended INSEAD, where they pursued an Executive MBA degree.
