Kevin O'Bold

Kevin O'Bold, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kevin began their career in 2010 as the Senate Chairperson for Student Government Association at Anderson University. In 2011, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Mass Mutual. Kevin then transitioned to a role as a Tax Preparer at RhodesKnisley CPAs in 2012, followed by an Associate Accountant position at Anderson University from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Kevin joined hhgregg as a Staff Accountant, where they balanced and reconciled corporate credit card and bank accounts.

In 2014, Kevin joined Ultra Steak, Inc. and held several positions within the company. Kevin started as a Staff Accountant, where they prepared weekly sales and month-end journal entries, reconciled bank accounts, and reported financial statements for over 32 stores. Kevin then moved on to become a Concept Accountant, responsible for the accounting accuracy and financial reporting of multiple restaurant concepts. In this role, they implemented new processes and procedures to increase productivity and supervised staff accountants.

Kevin's responsibilities at Ultra Steak, Inc. continued to grow, and they were promoted to Controller in August 2016. Finally, in June 2019, Kevin was promoted to VP of Finance, a role in which they currently spearhead financial operations for Ultra Steak, Inc. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a dedication to increasing efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.

Kevin O'Bold, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and accounting. Kevin earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Anderson University in 2012. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the same institution from 2007 to 2011. Kevin also attended Covenant Christian High School from 2004 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. Kevin became a Predictive Index Practitioner through ADVISA in July 2016, obtained a certification in Excel VBA Programming from Cal Poly Pomona in June 2015, and received the IDOI Life & Health Insurance certification from IDOI in November 2011.
