Ultra Tool & Mfg

With over 50 years of manufacturing experience and design expertise, Ultra makes it a priority to establish a design-to-production process focused on feasibility, repeatability and quality for metal stamped and metal fabricated parts. VISI-Design software and CNC programming outline part specifications and quality standards to precisely build tooling die components. We utilize technology on the metal stamping presses to monitor quality standards and production rates. And in-die sensors ensure stamping processes are operating as designed and also prevent production issues. Metal fabrication has the capability to meet low-volume, customized production needs including prototyping services. Our CNC press brake can meet tight tolerances and a range of bends with customized tooling designed, built and tested in-house. Secondary services, from robotic welding to assembly, allow for completion of metal parts at a cost-savings. Our services also include die maintenance that provides preventative services to production tooling utilized in Ultra's presses and contract tooling for OEM's. With a full staff of experienced toolmakers we provide quick turnarounds; and can readily evaluate tooling die issues and customize solutions to fit cost and scheduling needs. Along with metal parts we also provide manufacturing expertise to the following industries: Lawn & Garden, Outdoor Power Equipment, Automotive, Recreational Vehicle, Fitness, Electrical, Battery, Appliance, Military, Energy and Industrial Automation. An EOS management philosophy has increased collaboration and productivity within our organization; leading to improved delivery times and responsiveness to customers. At Ultra, our work ethic and interactions with each other and customers are guided by our core values: Strive for Excellence, Live the Golden Rule, Be a Go-Getter and Work as a Team.
