Umesh Joshi

Umesh Joshi has over 14 years of work experience in the cement industry. Umesh began their career in 2006 as Zonal Technical Manager at UltraTech Cement. In this role, they leveraged their experience in leading Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation and Techno-Commercials for revenue growth. Umesh then moved to Regional Specialty Concrete Manager in the same company, where they developed a priority list of market opportunities to explore and liaised with customers and local officials of competitors for gathering information. In 2008, they joined Ultra as City Head - Quality Control, where they were responsible for managing and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints regarding the quality. Umesh also conducted rigorous trials for enhancing the Mixes and took advisory support from the ZTH. In 2006, they returned to UltraTech Cement Limited as Cluster Incharges QC and VAC.

Umesh Joshi obtained a Diploma of Education in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic Jalgaon between 1997 and 2001. Umesh then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad between 2001 and 2004.
