Fernanda Guedes has extensive experience in sustainability, communication, and strategic management, with a notable tenure at Ultracargo from January 2017 to February 2024, where roles included Sustainability, Communication and Talent Acquisition Manager, Sustainability and Communication Manager, and Strategy and Innovation Manager.
