Roman Zhukov

Roman Zhukov has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Roman is currently the Chief Technology Officer at TranxPay since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at ULTRADE, a company focused on building a professional trading suite for DeFi on the Algorand blockchain Layer-1. Roman also served as an Advisory Board Member at Razroo, a software onboarding application for Enterprise Frontend Teams.

In terms of executive leadership, Roman was a Board Member at ETNA from December 2019 to the present. Roman has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at ETNA, where they played a key role in the company's software development and capital markets operations from July 2004 to December 2019.

Roman's entrepreneurial endeavors include being the Chief Architect and CEO at GMind since January 2020. Roman is also the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Datamind, where they focus on software development, business intelligence, and big data. Roman co-founded Brokis, a company specializing in algorithmic trading and fintech, where they served as the CTO from June 2009 to June 2012.

Furthermore, Roman's early career includes roles such as CTO at Unicum, where they worked on hardware and software development in the manufacturing sector from October 2002 to June 2003. Roman was also involved in the software, fintech, and capital markets sectors as the CTO at Octet Corp. and Senior Project Manager at Octet Corp. from July 2000 to January 2002 and July 2000 to July 2001, respectively. Roman's expertise extends to the telecom industry as well, where they served as the CTO at Telecom Design from October 1999 to July 2000.

Roman Zhukov holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from ITMO University, which they obtained from 1994 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Developer – Associate in October 2020 and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in September 2020.
