Joe Charlton has a range of work experience in the engineering field. Joe started their career as a Student Engineer at Willans Harness Manufacturing Ltd, where they worked on developing a new product line and supporting current production. Joe then interned as a Design Engineer at JLG Industries, where they worked on various design projects and collaborated with design teams, suppliers, and customers. After that, they joined Tata Technologies as a Lead Engineer, working on Jaguar Land Rover projects and managing program delivery. Joe then worked at Jaguar Land Rover UK as a Programme Attribute Leader, responsible for the Service attribute of cars on the D7u platform. Currently, they are working at Ultrafabrics as a Supplier Management Engineer, overseeing the technical and quality aspects of supplier management for the global supply chain. Throughout their roles, Joe has demonstrated strong project management, change management, and communication skills.
Joe Charlton completed their education at Loughborough University from 2016 to 2019. Joe pursued a Master of Science degree in Automotive Systems Engineering, focusing on the field of Automotive Engineering. Prior to that, Joe studied at Coventry University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering.
