Alex Huang

Alex Huang possesses extensive experience in bioprocess development, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate I at Ultragenyx since March 2021, with a focus on upstream fermentation process development and small-scale bioreactor work. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Bioprocess Technician at Genentech from May 2020 to March 2021, gaining experience in manufacturing support, stock solution preparation, equipment preparation, and large-scale bioprocessing for traditional CHO biologics. Alex holds a degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Biology from the University of California, Merced, earned between 2013 and 2017.
