Alison Daglow

Alison Daglow has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Alison is currently working at Ultragenyx as the Sr. Director, Human Resources since March 2023, previously holding the position of Director, Human Resources from April 2021 to March 2023. Prior to Ultragenyx, Alison worked at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as an Associate Director, Human Resources from June 2018 to April 2021. Alison also has significant experience at Autodesk, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner from April 2012 to June 2018, HR Generalist from October 2008 to April 2012, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator from February 2008 to October 2008. Alison's earlier work experience includes a role as a Recruiting Coordinator at SunPower Corporation from August 2007 to February 2008 and as a Customer Service Manager at Old Navy from August 2005 to July 2007. Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated expertise in managing global employee portfolios, implementing people-related programs, and supporting organizational changes.

Alison Daglow holds a BS degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University.
