Brent Fujimoto

Brent Fujimoto is an experienced professional in internal audit and accounting, currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Audit at Ultragenyx since February 2016. In this role, Brent manages the SOX process and assists with new system implementations, having previously held positions as Senior Manager and Internal Audit Manager at the same company. Prior to Ultragenyx, Brent worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Varian Medical Systems and as a Senior Associate Auditor at KPMG Audit, where the focus was primarily on the electronic software and hardware industries, along with experience in the BioPharm sector. Brent also has a background in education as an Accounting Tutor at Santa Clara University, where innovative teaching methods were employed to assist fellow business students. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University, completed in 2009.
