Carl Finamore

Carl Finamore is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, currently serving as the Executive Director of Program Management at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., where Carl leads the Gene Therapy Manufacturing Program Management and Operational Excellence team. Previously, Carl held leadership roles at Scimitar Inc. as Managing Director, and at PwC as a Director focused on Operations and Operational Strategy. His earlier experience includes significant positions at PRTM Management Consultants, Biolex Therapeutics, and Northfield Laboratories, where Carl was instrumental in manufacturing scale-up and operational transformations. Carl holds an MBA in Biotech, Finance, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
