Erika Loza

Erika Loza is an accomplished professional in patient access and engagement with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as an Associate Director for Patient Access Liaison at Ultragenyx since April 2025, Erika previously held the position of Associate Director for Patient Engagement Operations at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. from August 2018 to March 2024, where operations of patient support programs were effectively managed. Erika also demonstrated leadership as Team Lead at CareMetx, LLC from November 2016 to August 2018, overseeing a team of case managers and specialists to achieve operational excellence. Early in the career, Erika served as a Reimbursement Case Manager, providing critical support for rare disease therapies, and as a Reimbursement Specialist at Lash Group, gaining expertise in medical reimbursement processes. Erika holds a Clinical Medical Assistant degree from Boston Reed College.
