Medhat Mikhail

Medhat Mikhail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Lead for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Ultragenyx since September 2023, Medhat has held various leadership roles at Biogen from May 2019 to September 2023, including Head of Marketing & Operations Support and Business Operations Lead. Prior to that, founding Mikhail Management Consulting GmbH in late 2018, Medhat held senior positions at Merck Sharp & Dohme from 2014 to 2018, managing strategy and operational excellence for emerging markets. Medhat's earlier roles at MSD, Merck, and in different capacities have further established a strong foundation in marketing and business operations. Medhat holds an MBA from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Pharmacy College.
