Monica Yost is an accomplished professional in the field of drug safety and pharmacovigilance with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. since September 2017, Monica previously held the title of Vice President at Horizon Pharma plc. and has held significant positions at XenoPort, BioMarin, AstraZeneca, and Lehigh Valley Hospital, along with experience at Wyeth. Monica Yost earned a PharmD and a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
