Noel Barrion has over two decades of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles across notable companies in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently, Noel serves as Executive Director and HR Business Partner at Ultragenyx, following positions including Senior Director and Director of HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Director of People Partnering at Lyell Immunopharma, HR Business Partner at Genentech, and Global HR Business Partner & Program Manager at Roche. Noel began professional training with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and further advanced education with a Master of Human Resource and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
