Parul Gulati

Parul Gulati has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of biostatistics. They most recently held the position of Senior Director of Biostatistics at Ultragenyx starting in November 2023. Prior to that, Parul held the role of Director of Biostatistics at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from February 2021 to November 2023. They also worked at Takeda as both a Director of Statistical and Quantitative Sciences from November 2020 to January 2021, and as a Scientific Fellow in the same department from January 2019 to November 2019. Before joining Takeda, Parul worked at Biogen as an Associate Director of Biostatistics from May 2018 to January 2019, and as a Biostatistician from May 2016 to May 2018. They also gained valuable experience at other companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Manager of Portfolio and Asset Strategy from September 2015 to May 2016, and as a Principal Biostatistician from December 2013 to September 2015. Parul Gulati obtained a Master of Science degree in Statistics from The Ohio State University, completing the program in 2005. Following this, they pursued a Doctorate in Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the same university, from 2006 to 2009.
