Ruby B.

Ruby B. currently serves as The Director of CMC Quality Control at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. since July 2022 and also volunteers at the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. Previously, Ruby held the position of Senior Director of Quality Control at Quanterix from January 2021 to February 2022. Ruby's extensive experience in Quality Control includes roles as Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals between April 2007 and January 2021. Prior to that, Ruby worked as a Senior Associate Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, a Chemist at AstraZeneca, and a Chemist at Muro Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ruby earned a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines.
