Shayna Egan

Shayna Egan, MPH, currently serves as Director at Lumanity, having transitioned from a similar role at Endpoint Outcomes, where leadership spanned multiple positions from Senior Project Manager to Director over an eight-year tenure. With extensive experience managing qualitative research studies focused on clinical outcome assessments and novel endpoints for clinical trials, Shayna has been instrumental in coordinating project execution, timeline management, and client communication. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at Boston Medical Center, where leadership in studies targeted health improvements for young African American women and chronic pain management, along with experience in environmental health research in Kenya and developing sustainability programming at Wake Forest University. Shayna holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and a Master of Public Health in International Health from Boston University.
