Erika Pernitz, CPA, SHRM-CP has worked as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at Ultramain Systems, Inc. since June 2015. Erika Pernitz, CPA, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management with a CPA Emphasis from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Sciences (A.A.S.) in Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College between 2004 and 2007. Their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology was obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.

In addition to their educational background, Erika Pernitz has also acquired additional certifications. Erika became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in June 2020, and they hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, which is regulated by the New Mexico Public Accountancy Board.
