Jason Adkison

Jason Adkison has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Jason started their career at New Mexico Mutual as a Software Engineer, where they led the development of a JEE solution to replace a legacy policy management system. Jason also implemented automation techniques that reduced costs for the company. Jason then moved on to become a Project Manager at the same company, where they successfully replaced another legacy system with a JEE solution and managed a team to meet business goals.

In 2007, Jason joined Capgemini Consulting as a Senior Consultant, focusing on JEE delivery in the financial services sector. Jason led a technical workstream and managed a team of consultants to integrate a Guidewire PolicyCenter solution with various systems of record.

Later, in 2007, Jason joined Ultramain Systems, Inc. as a Lead Architect / Project Manager. Jason managed the implementation of Ultramain's efbTechLogs for KLM and Cathay Pacific, interacting directly with customers and overseeing the project budget.

Jason progressed to the role of Development Manager Onboard Systems at Ultramain Systems, Inc., where they led a team of 20 and was responsible for transitioning their ground-based system to a modern, cloud-based solution. Jason introduced a business analysis department and utilized BPMN for effective communication between user groups and development/testing teams.
