Rajesh Anandan has worked in the tech industry since 1995. Rajesh began their career at Microsoft Corporation as a Program Manager, managing Western European and Far East releases of Microsoft PowerPoint. Rajesh then joined Bain & Company as a Consultant in 1996. In 2003, Rajesh moved to The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as Head of Private Sector Partnerships, setting up and running the Private Sector division to support a $10 billion program portfolio across 136 countries. In 2009, they founded UNICEF USA's Unicef Ventures and created Unicef Kid Power, a tech-for-good platform for kids. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded Ultranauts Inc., an onshore quality engineering firm on a mission to demonstrate that neurodiversity, including autism, is a competitive advantage for business.

Rajesh Anandan attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995, graduating with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics. Rajesh then returned to MIT for a M.Eng. in Computer Science and Systems Dynamics from 1995 to 1996, which they obtained from the Sloan School of Management.
