Fernanda T.

Fernanda T. has extensive experience in risk, compliance, and audit roles. Fernanda started their career at Amcham-Brasil as a Committee Leader in 2007 before moving on to KPMG as the Manager of Corporate Governance Practice. Fernanda later joined Votorantim Cimentos as a Global Compliance Manager and then moved to Vale, where they worked in Compliance, Forensic, and Audit. Currently, Fernanda is the Director of Risk, Compliance, and Audit at Ultra, where they have been since October 2021.

Fernanda T. completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2007-2011. In 2014, they pursued a specialization in Corporate Governance and Compliance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Most recently, in 2019-2020, Fernanda completed a postgraduate degree in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
