Francisco Najar-Villarreal has a diverse range of work experience. Francisco is currently working at UltraSource LLC as an International Sales Representative since June 2021. Prior to this, they founded the MeatsPad Podcast in May 2020.

Francisco also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University from January 2016 to May 2021. Francisco gained industry experience through an internship at Hy-Vee, Inc. in 2017 and worked as a Quality Inspector at HEB México from October 2014 to December 2015. Francisco completed internships at SuKarne in 2012 and Qualtia Alimentos in 2011.

Francisco Najar-Villarreal began their education journey in 2009 at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Engineering. Francisco completed this degree in 2014.

In 2013, Francisco attended the Waterford Institute of Technology for one academic year, focusing on Food Science with Business.

Following their time at the Waterford Institute of Technology, Francisco went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Science at Kansas State University. Francisco completed this degree in 2017, specializing in Meat Science.

Francisco continued their education at Kansas State University, this time pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Meat Science. Francisco enrolled in 2018 and is expected to complete their degree in 2020.

Throughout their educational journey, Francisco has focused primarily on subjects related to Food Science, specifically Meat Science and Food Engineering.
