Akash Mittal

Akash Mittal is currently the Head of Analytics and Data Strategy at UltraTech Cement since April 2024. Previously, Akash held roles as Assistant Vice President and General Manager at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, specializing in Group Data & Analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Key Expert in Predictive Analytics and Technical Expert in Machine Learning at Siemens, and Data Scientist at ExxonMobil. Akash contributed to the petrochemical sector at SABIC, focusing on Big Data applications and Steam Cracker Optimization. Early career roles included Deputy Manager at Air Liquide and Design Engineer at Honeywell. Akash is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, with dual degrees in Chemical Engineering, and holds Master's degrees in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology and Computational Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
