Minal Agrawal

Minal Agrawal is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience across various roles in the corporate sector. Currently serving as Manager Legal and Compliance at UltraTech Cement since November 2021, Minal previously held the position of Zonal Section Head within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant at KPMG from October 2019 to November 2021, and as an Audit Manager at K K Mankeshwar & Co. from March 2017 to June 2019. Minal also served as Assistant Manager in Internal Audit at Suzlon Group from April 2015 to December 2016 and began a career in accounting as an Article Assistant at S R Narke & Associates from August 2011 to August 2014. Minal holds a Master’s degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
