Pratik Bharadia

Pratik Bharadia currently serves as the Assistant General Manager and Department Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Sustainability at UltraTech Cement, a position held since September 2015. Pratik has progressed through various roles at UltraTech Cement, including Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager, contributing significantly to procurement and supply chain sustainability operations. Earlier experience includes a position as a Maintenance Engineer at State Bank of India following service as a Probationary Officer. Pratik holds an Executive Certificate in ESG from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, an MBA in Operations, Decision Sciences, and Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. Educational foundations were laid at Delhi Public School, Adityapuram.
