Rajesh Sankar

Rajesh Sankar has a strong background in plant operations and business performance. Rajesh has worked in various leadership positions in companies like UltraTech Cement, Birla Carbon, and Aditya Birla Group. Rajesh has been responsible for end-to-end plant operations, strategy planning, manufacturing and operational excellence, process improvements, quality assurance, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, stakeholder and team management. Throughout their career, they have achieved notable successes in scaling up manufacturing excellence, improving production efficiencies, implementing sustainable operations strategies, and obtaining necessary clearances and approvals. Rajesh has also held positions in project implementation and commissioning for large-scale coke ovens and has experience in coal chemical recovery units.

Rajesh Sankar pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Calicut from 1988 to 1992. Later, they undertook a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences & Engineering at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, spanning from 2004 to 2006.
