Shirin Dave currently serves as Assistant Manager for Technical Services and Projects at UltraTech Cement, part of the Aditya Birla Group, since June 2024. Prior to this role, Shirin spent nearly nine years at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. as a Senior Engineer in Projects. Shirin's early career includes vocational training at Simplex Engineering & Foundry Works Pvt. Ltd. and the Steel Authority of India Limited. Shirin holds multiple certifications, including Advanced Digital Transformation and Business Technology Management from prestigious institutions, alongside an MBA and various post-graduate diplomas from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, Shirin earned a Master of Technology in Production Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, showcasing a strong educational foundation in engineering and management.
