Sudhindra Panda

Sudhindra Panda has over 23 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at UltraTech Cement since December 2011. Prior roles include Manager HR and Dy. Manager in Training & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HR Systems, as well as positions at Lafarge, ICFAI University, and Nava-Bharat in various HR capacities. Sudhindra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Marketing Management from the Institute of Professional Studies & Research, a Master's in English Literature, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Chemistry from Govt. Degree College, Raigarh.
