Swarangi Tare

Swarangi Tare is an emerging professional in the field of Human Resources with a diverse range of experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently, Swarangi serves as a Team Member in Talent Management Projects and Digital at UltraTech Cement, contributing to the BCoE Talent Management. Prior roles include Management Trainee in the HR department at UltraTech Cement and a Human Resources Intern within the same company, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Swarangi also gained experience through an NGO internship at Inaari and a Human Resource Intern position at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from ITM Group of Institutions and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
