Vijay Kumar Arora

Vijay Kumar Arora is currently the Section Head of Employee Relation & HR Operations at UltraTech Cement since January 2022. Prior to this role, Arora served as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group (UltraTech Cement) from October 2019 to January 2022. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Vijay Kumar also held the position of Deputy Manager at Century Textiles And Industries Limited-Cement Division from August 1997 to October 2019. Arora's expertise lies in Trust Management, Trust Dismantling, and various other work related to trust. Vijay Kumar has successfully managed multiple trust projects and received recognition for their Trust Management skills from the government.
