Richard Hayes

Richard Hayes has worked for four companies over the course of their career. Richard began their career with the US Navy in 1979, where they served as Captain, USNR (RET) for 25 years in both active duty and reserve positions of increasing responsibility. After seven years of active duty, they transitioned to Selected Reserves for 18 years. In 1986, they joined Kaiser Aluminum, where they held General Management and Sales Management roles. In 1998, they moved to Advanced Metalforming Technologies, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and in 2009, they became President of UltraViolet Devices, Inc.

Richard Hayes graduated from the US Navy Nuclear Power Program in 1980 with a degree in Nuclear Engineering. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1979.
